TANK SPACE
TANK Space is a small experimental art space inside Spring Street Studios that is independently curated and dedicated to exhibiting visual artists who work outside the confines of traditional framed two dimensional work.
The curator approached me to create a logo that referenced the small, boxy shape of the gallery. But, with such an unavoidably connotative name, I also wanted to reference actual tank treads and have the logo feel tight and strong.
